MISSION
We aim to cultivate our players' athletic performance by promoting physical, technical, tactical, and psychological progress. The purpose is to develop a fully evolved human being, which is achieved by teaching the values of integrity, conviction, and grit — principles that breed success in sport and all of life.
Our first-rate training staff is dedicated to building a mentoring relationship with each player, enabling us to provide proper motivation and support, as well as modify sessions and feedback to meet their individual needs. It’s this personal connection between teacher and student that energizes player development.

HISTORY
Conceived in 2013, Footy Factory originally began as an idea for a world-class, soccer-specific training facility complete with fields, courts, gym, sand, track, shop, locker rooms, bar, and lounge. This vision was inspired by a shortage of available resources growing up as a youth. Founder, Sean Afkhaminia, longed for an opportunity to nurture the natural ability he was born with, but lacked a guiding figure to teach him, counsel him, believe in him. North Texas Soccer is widely regarded as a talent hotbed for youth soccer in America, yet individual player development did not exist. It’s this feeling of lack that became the main driving force behind what Footy Factory has ultimately become.
Footy Factory, LLC was legally registered in the state of Texas on January 27, 2014. In year one, more than 100 youth players had experienced a Footy Factory session and two full-time trainers were brought on board. Over the course of the next five years, Footy Factory slowly established a reputation for consistently taking in raw, unpolished talent and systematically generating elite-level players. By 2019, Footy Factory had grown into a proper institution — grassroots camps/clinics, intensive school of excellence/training programs, and a youth academy/competitive teams all feeding directly into a men’s and women’s semi-professional team. At this stage, the Footy Family encompassed thousands of players, parents, coaches, trainers, and staff from all walks of life.
In early 2020, COVID-19 caused a global pandemic which forced businesses of all shapes and sizes to shut down. The longevity and brand power of Footy Factory, however, grew stronger than ever throughout this period. Time away from normal activity opened space for a change in perspective, which encouraged the organization to move with the market, by getting back to the heart of the business and carving out a very specific niche as solely a supplemental training service. By removing any club affiliation and shedding extra weight, the company became much more scalable on the journey towards building a global brand.
For the future, Footy Factory aims to create a network of independent training specialists around the world all operating collectively with a singular vision for the holistic manner in which players should be developed. The mission is to inspire future generations towards optimized personal success. This will be achieved not only through our team of trainers on the ground, but also the value we offer through our online educational platform and marketing efforts.
